Get quality remote support for your mobile device directly from a technician. The Zoho Assist - Customer app allows technicians to provide remote support through screen sharing, chat and remotely control your Samsung device. In case of other devices, although technicians cannot remotely control the device, screen-sharing is still possible.

How to start a session:

Step 1: Download and install the Zoho Assist - Customer app.

Step 2.a: The technician will send you an email containing an invite to the remote session. Click the link on the email and open it with the Zoho Assist - Customer app to get your remote support session started.

Step 2.b: Instead of sending you an invitation link, the technician can also send you the session key directly. Open the Zoho Assist - Customer app and enter the session key to start the remote support session.

Step 3: After your consent, the technician will remotely access your device to provide support. The technician will also be able to securely chat with you. Touch the back button (either on the top-left or the native back button) to end the session anytime.

Erhalten Sie Qualität Remote-Support für Ihr mobiles Gerät direkt von einem Techniker. Die Zoho Assist - Kunden App ermöglicht Techniker Remote-Support durch Screen-Sharing zur Verfügung zu stellen, Chat und aus der Ferne steuern Ihr Samsung Gerät. Im Fall von anderen Geräten, obwohl Techniker nicht aus der Ferne das Gerät steuern können, Screen-Sharing ist weiterhin möglich.

Wie eine Sitzung starten:

Schritt 1: Herunterladen und Installieren der Zoho Assist - Kunden App.

Schritt 2.a: Der Techniker wird Ihnen eine E-Mail enthält eine an die Remote-Sitzung einladen. Klicken Sie auf den Link auf der E-Mail und öffnen Sie sie mit dem Zoho Assist - Kunden App Remote-Support-Sitzung zu erhalten begonnen.

Schritt 2.b: Statt Sie eine Einladung Link zu senden, kann der Techniker Sie auch direkt den Sitzungsschlüssel senden. Öffnen Sie die Zoho Assist - Kunden App und geben Sie die Sitzungsschlüssel die Remote-Support-Sitzung zu starten.

Schritt 3: Nach Ihrer Zustimmung wird der Techniker remote auf Ihr Gerät zugreifen zu unterstützen. Der Techniker wird auch in der Lage sein, sicher mit Ihnen zu chatten. Tippen Sie auf die Zurück-Taste (entweder auf der oberen linken oder der native Zurück-Taste), um die Sitzung jederzeit zu beenden.

- Teilen Sie Ihren Bildschirm sicher mit dem Techniker

- Im Falle eines Samsung-Gerät, kann der Techniker aus der Ferne Ihr Gerät steuern.
